How to request a New E-Store, modify an existing store, or request a refund:

Go to the Online Support Center and login with your 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 ID and password.  Click on the 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 eStore icon.  This will bring up the eStore Online Support site with multiple options to choose from.  Once an option is chosen, this will bring up an online template which allows you to fill out necessary fields for the request.  When the online template is completed and saved, a ticket will be created which is routed to the [email protected] inbox to be put in queue.  Generally, a request will be completed within 3 to 5 business days.  More complicated requests can take longer.  If there are any questions with regard to filling out an online template or timeframes, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Student organizations:

If you are an undergraduate or graduate student that needs a refund related to your respective club or organization, please contact your organization advisor. The advisor will fill out a STABLE request on behalf of the student.

Fraternities and Sororities:

If you are a student in a fraternity or sorority that needs a refund, please forward your request to, 色花堂_色花堂 98堂[email protected]

An FSL staff member will fill out a STABLE request on behalf of the student.
